CHARACTERISTICS:

Red fine wine elaborated with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, from own vineyards, cultivated in post-and-wire systems in Linha Amadeu. This system allows better insolation for the grapes and, thus, better maturation. Modern industrial equipment is used for its elaboration, allied to traditional enological practices, to get the best quality the raw material can offer. Its distribution is made in cases of six 750-ml bottles.

 

 
 
 
 
       
 
TASTING NOTES :  


Strong ruby color, with dense tears. Typical aromas of ripe red fruits, toasted coffee of good complexity. In the mouth, well structured, sweet tannins and well balanced.

 

 

ACCOMPANIMENT SUGGESTIONS:


Cured cheese (Pont- Salut, cured goat and gorgonzola), pasta dishes with tomato sauce and hunt red meats or duck meat.

Suggested temperature: 15 to 10 degrees Celsius. .
