CHARACTERISTICS:

Dry fine white wine, elaborated with chardonnay grapes. Harvested and numbered, elaborated with own grapes cultivated in the post-and-wire system. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and, later, in new oak barrels for a period of two months. Its distribution is made in cases of six 750-ml bottles.

TASTING NOTES:

Wine with yellow straw color, with golden reflexes. It presents delicate aromas of white fruits with buttery touches. It has some toasted oak notes. It is soft and has good alcohol-acidity balance in the mouth. Its persistence is really long with fruit retro taste.

 

 

ACCOMPANIMENT SUGGESTIONS:

Seafood, seasoned fish and medium hard cheeses.

Suggested temperature: 8 to 10 degrees C.
