CHARACTERISTICS:

Dry red fine wine, elaborated with 100 % Tannat grapes. Harvested and numbered, elaborated with own grapes cultivated with the post-and-wire system. Wine fermented and macerated in a temperature controlled through traditional system, aged during a minimum period of 6 months in oak barrels and, after bottled, it remains 6 months in special cellars in a controlled temperature. Its distribution is made with cases of six 750ml bottles.

 

 
 
 
 
       
 
TASTING NOTES:  


Dark maroon color with intense ruby reflexes, dense strong tears, coffee and red fruit aromas. In the mouth, it shows balance. With sweet ripe tannins, good body.

 

 

ACCOMPANIMENT SUGGESTIONS:


Cured cheeses (Port-Salut, Cured Goat, and Gorgonzola), hunt or duck red meat, pasta dishes with tomato or meat sauces.

Suggested temperature: between 15º and 18º C.
