CHARACTERISTICS:

Red fine wine elaborated with 100 % Merlot grapes from own vineyards, cultivated in post-and-wire systems. Its elaboration system is traditional, with 7-to-12-day maceration, under controlled temperature, being part of it aged in oak barrels for a period of six months. Its distribution is made in cases of six 750-ml bottles.

 

 
 
 
 
       
 

TASTING NOTES:

This beautiful sample shows intense color with violaceous shades. Its aromas remind ripe dark fruits with vanilla touches due to its time of contact with oak. It shows balance between alcohol and acidity in the mouth. It is soft enough and has very good persistence with intense retro taste.

 

 

 

ACCOMPANIMENT SUGGESTIONS:

Red and white meats, pork, hardened cheese, and pasta dishes with tomato and meat sauce.

Suggested temperature: 15 to 18 degrees Celsius.
